TERMS OF USE & POLICES

Refund Policy: Due to the unique nature of digital products, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds.

Enrollment and Course Access: Your enrollment grants access solely to the courses you select during the sign-up process. Should you wish to access additional courses beyond your initial selection, you will need to complete a new enrollment. Please note that there is an exception for the "The All Access Pass."

"The All Access Pass" provides you with unrestricted entry to all current and future hair styling courses offered by Behind The Glam Academy. It is important to mention that this pass does not encompass any forthcoming business or branding courses added to Behind The Glam Academy, for which a separate enrollment is required.

It's essential to understand that enrollments are non-transferable. If you accidentally enroll in the wrong course, kindly reach out to us directly at [email protected] for assistance.

Course Inclusions: Each course's content may vary based on your selection during sign-up. Nevertheless, all courses include Part 1: "Mastering The Behind The Glam Method" and access to our exclusive members-only Facebook group.

Enrolling on Behalf of a Team: Yes, you are permitted to purchase courses for a team and share the login credentials. However, it's important to note that only the individual whose name appears on the account will be granted approval for access to the Facebook group. Team members cannot be added to the group independently.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is added as required by law, and it is determined based on the state of residence of the enrolled account holder. Behind The Glam Academy does not impose any additional tax fees.

Duration of Access: All courses are available for a one-time purchase, granting you unlimited lifetime access.

Access to Future Courses: To gain access to all current and future hair styling courses added to Behind The Glam Academy, you must enroll in "The All Access Pass." However, please be aware that this pass does not encompass future business or branding courses. The courses you select during your initial enrollment are the only ones to which you will have access. Any additional courses added to our curriculum (excluding "The All Access Pass") will necessitate separate enrollments.

Payment Plans: Yes, we do offer payment plans for our courses through Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm. It's important to note that these payment plans are available exclusively to customers within the United States.
